We're looking for a Technical Support Specialists in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Responsibilities
-Ensuring handling customers enquiries proffesionaly
-Helping and solving appeals of users via Omni Channel:
-Analysis of client requests (chat, email & calls)
-Conflicts resolution
-Problem Solving
