We're looking for a Technical Support Specialists in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

-Ensuring handling customers enquiries proffesionaly
-Helping and solving appeals of users via Omni Channel:
-Analysis of client requests (chat, email & calls)
-Conflicts resolution
-Problem Solving

Qualifications

- Communication: demonstrates the ability to convey information, thoughts, ideas, and emotions effectively and clearly to others. It involves both verbal and non-verbal forms of expression, including speaking, listening, writing

- Collaboration: demonstrates strong interpersonal and intrapersonal qualities and competencies which leverage to collectively solve a problem or make progress toward a common goal

- Teamwork: demostrates tendency to care more about helping team to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most
