At inDrive, the Senior Product Manager role for Antifraud entails leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives to successful outcomes. Leveraging expertise in data analysis and fraud prevention tools, you'll improve key metrics while effectively communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Russian and English, along with strong communication skills, is essential for this impactful role.
Responsibilities
- Leading the product team.
- Working closely with engineers, analysts, and other product teams.
- Defining long-term product goals, prioritizing and decomposing them into detailed metrics for use in OKRs.
- Identify key fraud metrics and work to improve them.
- Act as a center of competence on all fraud-prevention tools.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Basic SQL knowledge required.
- Understanding of ML product development principles will be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges effectively.
- Ability to make a system out of chaos and to apply the MECE principle in practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to explain technically complex things in a simple way.
- Professional working proficiency in Russian and English. About 30% of communication is in English.
