People Operations Project Manager
, Almaty
We are looking for a manager to oversee all functions of our People & Culture Division, manages the full cycle of projects for HR management processes by organizing and leading a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Leading People and Culture division projects.
- Execute organizational strategies and policies.
- Manage PnC operational budgets.
- Effectively monitor objectives for the PnC Division progress .
- Support the process of interaction with vendors.
- Create processes for HR practices.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, project management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, ability to develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions related to people operations projects.
- The ability to identify issues, brainstorm solutions, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
