Acquisition projects and analytics the team is looking for an Sr Acquisition Analyst who will take part in a lot of experiments and hypotheses in acquiring drivers and passenger.
Organizationally, this team is in the department responsible for the development of the Courier delivery, Freight delivery and Intercity business
Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis of customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and retention
- Developing and implementing experiments and A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of driver acquisition campaigns and develop new driver acquisition channels
- Analyzing data related to driver acquisition costs, activation rates, and churn rates to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams,including verticals business development team, marketing, product, and CRM, to develop and execute driver acquisition campaigns;
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the performance of driver acquisition and retention campaigns
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an business analyst
- Project management skills
- Work experience in Tableau
- Experiments design skills
- Presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL
