We keep growing in Brazil, and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Business Development team! This professional will be responsible for improving business performance aiming regional growth.
Responsibilities
What will you do:
- Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance;
- Being responsible for the regional business growth considering two main KPIs: number of rides and revenues;
- Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio.
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys;
- Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly;
- Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent;
- Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development;
- Ability to conduct MVP;
- Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely);
- Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage.
