Business Development Specialist Brazil

We keep growing in Brazil, and right now we’re looking for a professional who will join our Business Development team! This professional will be responsible for improving business performance aiming regional growth.


What will you do:

  • Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance;
  • Being responsible for the regional business growth considering two main KPIs: number of rides and revenues;
  • Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio.


What we expect from you:

  • Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in CustDev marketing research and field surveys;
  • Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly;
  • Goal-oriented, proactive with solid communication skills, and very self-dependent;
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, business development, and/or product development;
  • Ability to conduct MVP;
  • Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-25%) and overseas (rarely);
  • Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (B2C and B2B) will be a strong advantage.
