The Anticorruption Compliance team is looking for a Compliance Manager who will deal with the full range of tasks related to anticorruption in the commercial sector. This includes both daily tasks such as KYC and compliance clauses, as well as more project-based strategic and cross-functional tasks like process automation.
This position is suitable for you if you enjoy the compliance field and want to develop in it.
Responsibilities
- Participating in KYC process
- Participating in Due Diligence process
- Participating in Conflicts of Interest process
- Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation
- Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements
- Support and participate the risk assessment process
- Full support of anticorruption process
- Filing regulatory reports, memo and other documentation
- Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required
Qualifications
- 7-10 years previous compliance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- People management background with experience in leading and developing a team
- Experience in developing and maintaining Risk Assessments
- Ability to listen but also to persuasively convey opinions and recommendations
- Experience of working in multinational companies and flexible to work with teams in global time zones
- Relevant compliance professional certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the U.S. Anti-Сorruption Legislation
