We are looking for a Head of Engineering for the GEO cluster at inDrive, an international technological platform for transportation and everyday services. We rank among the top 2 mobile ride-hailing services globally, with over 200 million installations, more than 4 billion rides, and presence in 700+ cities across 45+ countries.
Responsibilities
- Organize the productive work of the cluster
- Drive the strategic direction of development, co-creating the development roadmap alongside the Head of Product and Product Managers.
- Create architectural solutions considering highloads and plan the technological development of the product.
- Provide product quality (SLA), its testability, and scalability.
- Build a team, establish communication with other teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with geo services (mandatory);
- Experience in managing multiple teams with a total staff of over 30 people;
- Experience in developing and implementing technological strategy at the cluster level;
- Technical background: experience in product development and architecture design.
- Experience in effectively establishing processes in product companies;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
