We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer support team, which is responsible for handling incidents, that occurred among service users in CIS region.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting software/hardware problems.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Contributing to the improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
