We're looking for a Business Development Manager based in Mexico City to play a vital role in expanding our new Fintech products across Latam. If you are passionate about promoting a people-oriented business and possess experience in business development in Fintech, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new fintech business opportunities across Mexico and Latam, focusing on loans, payments, and B2C/B2B sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including impactful marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial partners in Mexico and Latam, fostering strategic alliances with processors, banks, lenders, and other fintech companies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth optimization opportunities.
  • Prospect potential clients and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and target markets.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with partners.
  • Implement strategies to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate in an international work environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy and business development roles, with a specific focus on the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving opportunities in the fintech sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to unlock cooperation opportunities, negotiating favorable commercial conditions.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for creating exceptional fintech products and driving value.
