Team Lead of Drivers Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Drivers Marketing in our office in Limassol or Paphos!
Responsibilities
- Building a driver marketing process from strategy to execution
- Working with key driver performance indicators: Activation, Utilisation, Retention
- Cross teams resources coordination (Business, Drivers Acquisition, GTM, Product, etc)
- Drivers campaigns management (timing, prices, effect, brand compliance etc)
- Testing hypotheses, improving current tools, optimizing processes
- Working with local teams
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in media purchasing/sales/project management
- Planning independently and work under conditions of limited resources
- Building self prioritization, based on the goals and needs of the company
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure a transparent understanding of the processes by all participants
- Approach is data driven and proactive
- English level B2 or higher
