We are expanding our Delivery business and we are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team! In this position you will be responsible for developing this line of service in Peru by keeping in touch with key clients and building a great customer relationship.

Responsibilities

Onboard new clients
Key account operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
Logistics partners operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
Follow up to platform improvement
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Post sale follow up to existing clients
Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
Create strategies to optimize retention of the clients
Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented
Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
Keep in touch with stakeholders

Qualifications

At least 4 years of relevant sales experience in logistics/delivery
Strong communication skills
Ability to make structured business judgment and decisions
Advanced MS office user
Advanced English level
University degree in commercial/marketing or related areas
