Leading Lawyer

• legal support and advice to the company in the field of applicable laws in Developed countries (USA, UK, Canada, European countries) on such matters as consumer protection law, advertising law, e-commerce law, litigation, TNC regulation, digital platforms regulation;
• monitor and analyze legislation, review and prepare analytical information regarding changes in the applicable legislation, development of recommendations and necessary product changes;
• contractual work: development, analysis, review of different forms of contracts, participation in negotiation with counterparties;
• solving claims and incidents of users requiring legal attention;
• close interaction with the Business, Government Relations, Finance, and Tax departments;
• draft terms of use, safety management policies, and applicable guidelines for the users;
• review and provide expertise regarding the marketing materials/campaigns.

• at least 3 years of working experience in the tech industry with international jurisdictions;
• good analytical and risk assessment skills;
• strong experience in contracts;
• experience in working with legislation of developed countries, high level of research skills, and analysis of information;
• English language proficiency at C1/C2 level;
• stress resistance and result orientation;
• high level of responsibility and self-organization;
• high level of initiative;
• flexibility and critical thinking;
• business-oriented approach.
