Business development representative is a role that participates in the development of the core business - taxi ordering service/ride-hailing in the Kyrgyz Republic
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in growth of business in the country
- Participates in development plan for the business in network cities together with manager
- Tracks business trends, competitors and provides in time information that might affect business
- Competent communication with users, colleagues from related departments, some of external bodies
- Ability to propose business ideas and score cities to choose high potential business modules and cities to launch
- Provides proactive assistance with adjusting pricing based on local experience
- Able to conduct work in the fields: make surveys, recruit drivers, meet offline counterparties, test app as rider and driver
- Constant monitoring of activities in the ride-hauling area
Qualifications
- English: C1+
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools for reporting and analysis
- 2+ years of experience in business development
- Ability to work independently and handle a significant workload efficiently
- Adaptability to change and a willingness to thrive in dynamic startup environments
- Availability to travel whenever required
