We are looking for Head of Operations who will drive Growth Division Transformation projects execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth Division Transformation projects execution (Growth approach, Regionalization etc.)
- Manage tracking of OKR and adjustment (if needed) during the year
- Coordinate Business / Budget planning process
- Processes: help Process owners with workshops & facilitation to improve the processes, initiate new processes development based on business needs
- OPEX (Operational budget) and Procure-to-Pay
Qualifications
- Business planning / Senior project manager from large international companies and/or Consulting
- ex-COO from small/medium companies
- Experience in managing big change management projects
- Ability to describe Processes and drive process improvements
- Management Experience in IT and/or International fast growing companies
- Fluent English
