Junior Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our New Growth team.
Responsibilities
- Document management
- Monitoring the execution of contracts
- Making payments and monitoring their execution
- Organizing online meetings
- Preparation of reports and presentations upon request
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Team support (providing information, ongoing updates, or similar services necessary for the work of other employees)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in similar position
- Advanced office software user
- Experience with contracts and basic reporting
- Discipline, accuracy and stress resistance
- Clear and competent speech
- Fluency in spoken and written Russian language, English language at least B1
