We are expanding our MKT department and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Partnerships Manager. You will be responsible to keep in touch with agencies, partnerships and make negotations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for LATAM aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to shape a strategic approach to partnerships in the region.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners in LATAM that complement the company's offerings and target audience.
- Conduct market research to assess the suitability of potential partners and their ability to contribute to mutual success.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring positive and collaborative partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
- Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives that leverage each partner's strengths to maximize reach and impact in the LATAM market.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership programs.
- Analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement adjustments to partnership strategies and activities based on performance insights and changing market dynamics.
