Marketplace Efficiency team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join Matchmaking team.Marketplace Efficiency is an "algorithmic heart" of our business, responsible for matching drivers with passengers and pricing. Matchmaking team deals with connecting our drivers and passengers optimally.
Responsibilities
- Leading the product team.
- Working closely with engineers, data scientists and analysts.
- Defining priorities and strategy, scoping projects, eliminating blockers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a product manager in technical / data-science focused products (pricing/auctions, advertising systems / anti-fraud, etc.;).
- Experience in product creation and development.
- Willingness to work independently and solve problems.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
- Technical background would be a plus.
