We are looking for Senior CRM Specialist in Mobility who will responsible for setting up and controlling communication with users (push&in-app).
Responsibilities
- Configuration and management of user communication (push & in-app & email)
- Collaboration with cross-functional departments and teams (production, copyright, SMM, research, HR, business growth) to develop and maintain a consistent content plan
- Analysis of key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and user lifecycle
- Regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, campaign effectiveness, etc
- Reporting on region-specific metrics and communication performance
- Testing of new mechanics and content
- Exploration of user database to identify insights and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in CRM/Email/targeted marketing
- Experience working with large user databases
- Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data
- Experience in constructing and analyzing product funnels
- Ability to design sequences of triggered communications
- Proficiency in working with Figma/Miro
