We are looking for a Senior PPC manager who will be responsible for Google Search Ads and Apple Search Ads for one or several inDrive products in various regions. This role will requires high level of autonomy, strong communication skills and proven expertise in SEM campaigns and web-analytics.


  • Strategic Campaign Management: Lead and execute comprehensive contextual advertising strategies for one or several inDrive products, focusing on user acquisition or ROI optimization
  • Optimization and Analysis: Continuously monitor and refine advertising campaigns for peak efficiency and effectiveness
  • Reporting and KPI Delivery: Take responsibility to develop and meet marketing KPIs that will benefit product growth and business needs. Clearly communicate progress and insights to multiply stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Hypothesis Testing and Innovation: Regularly generate and test hypotheses to explore new advertising approaches, staying ahead of market trends
  • Technical Expertise in Client Interactions: Serve as a technical expert in client meetings, providing valuable insights based on a deep understanding of search engine marketing
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and supportive of overall business objectives


  • Extensive Experience in Advertising Campaigns: A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and executing successful advertising campaigns, demonstrating a track record of measurable results
  • Advanced Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, encompassing a thorough understanding of campaign types, strategies, keyword match types, conversion tracking, reporting features, and efficient bulk campaign management
  • Web-to-App Campaign: Proven experience or a deep understanding of managing web-to-app campaigns, including their setup, ongoing management, and optimization for maximum effectiveness
  • Contextual Advertising Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, along with other relevant advertising platforms. A strong command of Google Ads Editor is essential
  • Analytical Tools and Data Analysis: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer (preferred), coupled with exceptional skills in Excel and spreadsheet analysis, including pivot tables. Basic knowledge of SQL, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other BI platforms is highly advantageous
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with strong communication skills
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: A dedication to staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems
