Team Lead of ESG Governance

The TeamLead of ESG Governance is responsible for executing the inDrive’s Sustainability strategy, reporting and performance across the company.

With a comprehensive understanding of sustainability, EU & US regulatory compliance, this role will help integrate ESG principles into business strategy, foster stakeholder engagement and drive measurable positive impact in alignment with inDrive’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • drive inDrive’s approach to ESG measurement, evaluation, goal setting and reporting to demonstrate the impact of our business
  • support the execution of our long-term ESG strategy, including action plan development, communications across HQ employees and regions, assessing progress and achieving the 2030 global goals
  • lead the development and publication of annual Sustainability Report and associated materials and coordinate the integration of non-financial metrics and information into other internal reporting systems
  • coordinate and help lead cross-functional ESG governance and serve as a trusted partner to internal teams to deliver results and promote collaboration to drive positive impact on activities related to priority ESG topics
  • support the integration of ESG risks into enterprise risk management in respect of current and future regulatory compliance obligations

Qualifications

  • bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
  • relevant work experience 3+ years in ESG or Corporate Sustainability roles in large companies
  • proven experience and cases in developing ESG strategies, reports, metrics, goals, and action plans to advance corporate approaches in sustainability
  • experience in leading and managing a team
  • experience in strategic planning, corporate governance and cross-functional communication, including C-level
  • knowledge or experience with non-financial reporting and ESG standards and reporting frameworks and ratings, including GRI, ESRS, SASB, TCFD, SDGs, CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics and S&P
  • ESG data management skills (collection, tracking, analysis, visualization) as an advantage
