Special branches couriers and drivers acquisition team leader
, Almaty
We are looking for Special branches couriers and drivers acquisition team leader to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Supervisor and Recruiter Team Management
- Conducting necessary surveys
- Monitoring the quality of work of the supervisor and recruiters
- General understanding of control & transportation processes
- Call center monitoring
- Organization of recruitment process: report generation, coordination of recruiter payments
- During the absence of starters - monitoring competitors, tracking the quality of survey and user call operations
- Driver/courier recruitment in collaboration with HR, independent posting, landing
- General understanding of activation/retention processes
Qualifications
- English language at an Advanced level
- Sales experience
- Understanding of the courier service, freight transportation, and intercity market specifics
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Active, responsible, results-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in and manage a team
- Multitasking
- Willingness to travel
