The Trust & Safety Team plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining trust among both drivers and passengers. They are dedicated to building a safe and secure environment throughout every journey, addressing concerns, and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of substantial experience in product management.
- A comprehensive understanding of managing the full spectrum of the discovery and delivery processes.
- Proficiency in influencing outcomes based on product and business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Safety Features, Protocols & Guidelines: Develop and enforce safety features, standards, protocols, and guidelines that all drivers must adhere to, ensuring the well-being of passengers.
- Incident Response: Establish a robust system for handling safety-related incidents, including timely response, investigation, and resolution.
- Education & Training: Organize training sessions and workshops for drivers to educate them on best practices and safety measures, emphasizing the importance of passenger well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a safety-related field.
- Strong understanding or willing to understand of safety protocols, risk mitigation, and incident response strategies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams.
- Innovative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
