Strategy Manager

The Strategy and Planning team is seeking for a Strategy Manager who will implement and adjust the company's development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for end-to-end Strategy formulation process, leading in complex project and process management, having deep business understanding, helicopter view, leadership skills
- Have regular communication with Senior Executives and C-level as primary stakeholders, during Strategy building, including cross-cultural communication
- Act as a project manager, driving the execution of all the projects and sprints by the internal working group, within the Strategy scope.
- Pro-actively implement problem-solving, risk-management and change management frameworks, ensuring smooth shifts where needed
- Resolve complex problems through collaboration and design thinking
- Focus on Company short, mid and long term Business Strategy as priority for the first 12 months
- Participate in Business Planning and Goalsetting, ensuring seamless Strategic priorities cascading into Business Planning processes
- Assist Divisions in development of functional strategies, including Marketing, Invest, and so on
- Facilitate team meetings and discussions. Resolve conflicts and addressing any issues that arise within the team. Represent the team in meetings and other interactions with other departments or stakeholders. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in Strategic management / Consultancy. Strong understanding of Strategy development processes
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, deep business performance-focused and result-oriented mindset
- Very strong communication skills, including experience in communicating with senior executives and cross-cultural communication
- Influence skills, problem-sloving skills, process and project management skills, risks mitigation, change management
- Have goalsetting processes fundamental understanding and experience
- Proven pro-active approach, and high autonomy working ability
- Experience in international matrix environment is a plus
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
