Senior Manager Strategy & Execution

• Work with the team across the Core Business division to conduct comprehensive analysis of performance, market dynamics, customers and competitive information to derive insights that will guide our decision making and growth trajectory.
• Engage with the leadership of the Core Growth Division and inDrive to refine strategic initiatives and operational plans as a result of key data insights.
• Create persuasive presentations tailored to diverse audiences within the organization, effectively communicating the business rationale, strategic plans progress and investment choices.
• Work in close collaboration with the Investor Relations team to support the creation of a compelling growth story (with deep Q&A back up) for all stakeholders in the lead up to and following the IPO and to ensure all growth division narratives are backed by data.
• Key member of, and contributor to, the Core growth team and company's business planning process.
• Promote a culture of informed decision-making, advocating for the use of analytics and insights in all aspects of planning and resource allocation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in strategic analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth tech, logistics, or ride-hailing environment.
• Demonstrated capability to translate complex data and market intelligence into actionable strategic insights and investment business cases.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
• Expertise in data visualization and presentation tools, with a strong track record of crafting clear, impactful presentations for executive decision-making and internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems, and making decisions based on comprehensive data analysis.
