We are looking for a Director of Commercial and Execution Excellence to join our team!

Responsibilities

Lead with the President and leadership team the processes and culture to achieve the fast surfacing and aggressive fixing of problems and opportunities.
Support the President and Growth Team to develop and refine company strategies and operational plans in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and market opportunities.
Oversee execution tracking, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and high quality - this may involve a deep review of our business analytics capabilities.
Lead cross-functional teams in our matrix organization to foster collaboration and efficient decision-making.
Develop the process for, and execution of, strong business cases for transformation or new opportunities in the vertals or markets.
Create and maintain a set of 15 business KPIs, in collaboration with the President and team, for short and long-term success indicators, overseeing their progress, use and making decisions on disclosing sensitive KPIs to investors, particularly during IPO stages.
Conduct meetings and reviews with clear agendas and structures, ensuring preparedness and transparency in performance KPIs and results.
Communicate decisions clearly, tracking their status and implementing gap plans in a regular, comprehensible, and high-quality manner.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role within commercial, strategy, or operational functions,.
Proven track record in executing successful strategies in a matrix-style organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive decision-making in a cross-functional environment.
