The Digital team is in search of an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Almaty!
Our Digital team is responsible for promoting our ride-hailing app in global regions. You will be tasked with launching advertising campaigns in the LATAM region, working with analytics and having the opportunity to test various tools and hypotheses. We're after A-players who aren't afraid to pitch in ideas, get involved and work for results.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing user acquisition strategies;
- Managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels;
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance;
- Allocating and managing advertising budgets;
- Conducting A/B testing and experimentation;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis;
- Implementing conversion tracking and attribution;
- Generating reports and providing insights;
- Staying updated with industry trends and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Similar work experience from 3 year;
- English level: B2 and above;
- Extensive expertise in app promotion to global markets;
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppAnnie;
- The ability to work in a team and reliability;
- Very good multitasking skills.
