An experienced Product Manager who will lead the "Drivers" direction. The main task in this role is to make a qualitative leap of the product from a "side job service" to a "stable source of income" in the eyes of our drivers. The task is extremely ambitious, as we operate in 20+ countries. You will play a central role in shaping the development path of inDrive.Freight. Using your skills in analytics, client research, and leadership, you will be able to help hundreds of thousands of people earn a decent living.

Qualifications

  • User-centric thinking and understanding of their needs
  • Ability to see the product holistically
  • Ability to explain in simple terms what statistical significance is
  • Experience setting up complex experiments (more complex than "removing control on the landing page and measuring A/B CTA"), ability to discuss the pitfalls of A/B testing and nuances of interpreting experiment results
  • Experience establishing grooming/PBR processes, team maturity level development, shaping team motivation towards product results
  • Ability to articulate and structurally present thoughts
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders without establishing a client-executor bond
  • Strong leadership qualities, developed integration skills (able to integrate into an existing system and develop it as part of it)
  • Ability to work in a startup atmosphere, with an appropriate level of uncertainty and maturity of some processes
