Senior Business Development Specialist
Kazakhstan, Almaty

Scaling the core business of inDrive (taxis in the city) along with the BDM from Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities
- Creates a work process between business and other department / s and ensures everyone follows it
- Follows results of work of other departments and regions and takes best solutions to achieve higher business results
- Able to estimate clear effect of offered business solutions and risks from GR / legal perspective
- Able to take a lead in comprehensive projects, create and follow structure and deliver results in time
- Competent communication with users, colleagues from other departments and BDSs of different countries
- Supports manager in business and KPIs planning
- Can independently connect BDSs with other departments, highlight best practices and help with implementation
Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Marketing research including filed research / study
- Marketing channels knowledge including well developed skills of digital channels
- Driver acquisition channels and efficiency knowledge
- Analytical skills including Tableau, Google services, other BI tools would be beneficial
- Business planning and budgeting skills for country / region
- Knowledge of ride hailing main metrics

Project management: Handle more complex projects and greater responsibilities, including:
- is able to set clear steps and timelines of the project
- is able to set clear KPIs, follow them up and distribute responsibilities
- can keep high motivation of the team and create productive atmosphere using project management tools (Wrike, Miro, Jira)"
- Skills of making "client ready" materials and presentations
- Ability to communication with external partners
- Ability to analyze business metrics and make conclusions, hypothesis
- Proficiency in managing projects, including planning, organizing tasks, setting timelines, budgeting and monitoring progress
