Product Marketing Manager (Loyalty and Promo)

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to oversee our loyalty program and promotional campaigns. If you are eager to transform and elevate our campaigns into delicious success stories, this is your opportunity to bring your ideas and skills to life.
Responsibilities
- Execute promotions ranging from mass campaigns to personalized initiatives tailored to different customer segments.
- Develop and implement compelling offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct testing of new promo mechanics and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Lead pilot initiatives for modifications to loyalty program conditions.
- Set up and configure promotional campaigns across multiple channels (embedded experience, push, in-app, email, sms, messengers etc.).
- Develop a comprehensive promo plan outlining upcoming initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent content plan in direct communication channels.
- Identify growth points for process automation, optimizing communication efficiency.
- Take ownership of product marketing projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion within specified timelines.
- Analyze the user funnel to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing conversions at each stage.
- Conduct regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, and campaign effectiveness assessments.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Product Marketing, CRM, Email, or Direct Marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and managing successful promotional campaigns.
- Experience working with large user databases.
- Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data.
- Advanced English level
- Native Spanish level with written proficiency
