We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist for inDrive.Services. This role will be helping to explore and expand new channels of users acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions;
- Launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels;
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth;
- Experiment and innovate with new technologies and emerging trends to drive marketing success;
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute marketing activities;
- Manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Develop marketing activities with limited resources, demonstrating creative thinking;
- Analyze website analytics and marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance;
- Work with CRM communication and SMM tasks.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing;
- Skilled in experimentation and innovation;
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset;
- Proven experience with non-standard acquisitional channels is valued;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop marketing activities with limited resources;
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members or stakeholders.
