We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community & Partnerships Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with projects’ participants, alumni, stakeholders, and potential partners to support and advance our projects. This role requires a high level of communication skills, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities to drive collaborative efforts that align with our organization's mission and objectives.

Reporting directly Sustainability PR communication manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing community-building strategies to drive growth through our non-commercial projects across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage participants of projects, alumni, stakeholders, and potential partners in support of our impact-related projects in art and cinema, education, IT, and sport
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that enhance the impact and reach of our programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with program managers and project teams to understand project goals and objectives, and identify partnership needs and opportunities
  • Organize experience exchange and sharing within the community
  • Plan and execute (including moderation) community-related events, workshops, and networking opportunities to facilitate relationship-building and collaboration among stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership activities to assess effectiveness and impact, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement a system for tracking and recording alumni success stories, achievements, and the impact of our projects on their lives
  • Analyze data and compile reports on the long-term impact of our projects on alumni, including qualitative and quantitative measures of success
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partnership activities, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, social sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in community development & engagement, partnerships management, or related roles, preferably within the non-profit sector or international programs like Global UGRAD, FLEX, Fullbright. Experience working for multinational company on CSR and ESG matters
  • Fluent business English.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, government agencies, NGOs, corporations, and community organizations.
  • Knowledge of issues related to cinema, education, IT, gender equality, and children's sports preferred.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a social impact or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
