We are looking for Operations Specialist to join our InDrive Delivery team. You will manage the contract approval process, handle a large number of documents, and assist colleagues in operational tasks
Responsibilities
- Managing the contract approval process (uploading contracts into the system, going through all stages of contract approval).
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Uploading acts into the system.
- Assisting colleagues in operational management.
Qualifications
- Higher education.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel - all basic formulas).
- Logical thinking and structuring.
- High communication skills.
- Relevant experience in performing similar tasks (contract management, reconciliations, operational management).
