Deputy Business Development Manager

, Gurugram

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Business Development Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in India .

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for budgeting in his region with help of manager
  • Coordinates interaction and processes between business and other departments
  • Controls launch plan in his region
  • Set clear tasks to other departments
  • Able to estimate risks from GR / legal perspective
  • Hire, manage and develop team up to 3 employees
  • Competent communication with users, colleagues from other departments, BDRs and BDSs of different countries
  • Supports manager in business and KPIs planning

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Knowledge of ride hailing main metrics
  • Strategic leaders in project management:
    - Planning and scheduling
    - Budgeting and Cost Control
    - Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation.
  • Business planning and budgeting skills for region
  • Driver acquisition channels and efficiency knowledge
  • Good knowledge of analytical tools including Tableau, Google services, and other BI
  • Marketing research including filed research / study
  • Ability to make clear presentations
  • People management skills and ability to supervise up to 3 employee
  • Ability to navigate through complex spreadsheets and work with data files
  • Ability to easily read and understand the digital metrics
  • Public speech developed skills
  • Develop a clear vision for the team and inspire others to achieve goals.
  • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee growth.
  • Foster positive relationships among team members and promote a respectful work environment.
  • Conflict management that means understanding of emotional stage of all participants of project and ability to solve issues quickly without escalation
  • Decision making under pressure and ability to adapt in unexpected situation
  • Professionalism - understand corporate hierarchy and etiquette and act accordingly
  • Ability to work with other departments, set targets and challenge deadlines
  • Long term strategic vision - ability to understand consequences of actions for long term perspective business outcome
  • High discipline and responsibility sense: precise in time management and goal setting
  • Ability to work in high autonomy
