FP&A Director
, Limassol
Finance Division are looking for experienced FP&A Director in our office in Limassol or Paphos!
This Director will handle FP&A in the global region and managing Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting branch and Planning and monitoring branch.
Responsibilities
- Leading the building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget
- Leading creation of the financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
- Monthly management reporting including variance analysis
- Evaluate and communicate key financial insights
- Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value
- Managing a team
- Key relationship building with the commercial side of business
- Support CFO and top management with ad hoc tasks when required
- Automate management reporting and budgeting processes
- Create and support key FP&A policies
- Continuous cost optimization
- Preparation of presentations for top management, internal and external stakeholders, including investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related area; MBA, ACCA, CPA may be considered a plus
- 8+ years of experience Financial Planning and Analysis including data driven analytics and reporting
- Previous management experience with ability to coach and mentor others
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Senior level leader with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Change agent with ability to effectively manage and drive impactful change across multiple geographies and functions
- Strong financial and business acumen; familiar with financial systems and various aspects of financial reporting
- Highly proficient in Google sheets and presentations
- IPO and public company experience would be beneficial
