We are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager in the Cybersecurity Compliance team.

The Cybersecurity Compliance team forms a part of the Product Security department together with Application Security and Infrastructure Security teams. The Product Security department focuses on practical security aspects and ensures the inDrive’s cybersecurity environment, together with researchers from Bug Bounty platforms, which assists us in finding vulnerabilities in the product. Joint efforts of multiple teams supported by the Board allowed us to achieve the ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or initiate cross-team processes and projects to comply with external obligations, such as SOX and ISO 27001, and ensure the colleagues' active participation in such projects.
  • Develop and revise security policies and other related documents from scratch with a strong business focus, maintain project documentation, and write summaries of regular meetings.
  • Collect and analyze information from various company domains to make informed security decisions.
  • Keep updated local-specific requirements in countries of presence, such as incident notification.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between legal and technical domains.
  • Examine communication patterns of systems by specific criteria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or management is required. Relevant certifications will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or project management.
  • Experience in building the ITGC compliance for SOX is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of implementation of security policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills targeted at initial problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Understanding of task management frameworks (Agile, OKR) in technology companies.
  • Language skills: English - full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing; Russian - at least reading and listening comprehension.
