We are looking for a new member of our Operations Department. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll facilitate seamless collaboration between product and technology departments, manage a large volume of contracts and documents, and engage with both internal company units and external counterparts. Responsibilities

  • Lead technology and product department in operations questions.
  • Initiate purchase requests, manage contracts and invoices with counterparties.
  • Maintain a register of contracts with vendors/partners of the Tech Division (tracking expiration, renewal and termination).
  • Ensuring timely payment and overseeing invoices.
  • Monitoring and controlling the budget of the Division, approve with the heads, supporting heads of tech division on budget questions.
  • Collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Participate in Budget planning.
  • Compiling quarterly Terms of Reference as an appendix to the contract for software modification enhancement.
  • Systematizing and improving processes within the Tech Ops department.

Qualifications

  • Higher education.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Tech industry or consulting firms.
  • Intermediate+ English level proficiency.
  • Responsibility.
  • High level of self organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
