Responsibilities
- Budgetary issues - planning, plan-fact analysis, transfer of budget balances.
- Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors together with marketing communications managers, legal and financial departments.
- Formation of a draft agreement.
- Monitoring the conclusion of NDA and compliance with new counterparties, as well as monitoring the status of current contracts.
- Coordination of the contract with all interested departments and persons.
- Monitoring the conclusion of the contract, exchange of acts, preparation of a report on the work done.
- Maintaining registers of counterparties.
- Communication with counterparties regarding timely payments and exchange of documents.
- Making payments.
- Tracking payment statuses.
- Monitoring the terms of use of intellectual property.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle systems, or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Higher Education.
- Upper intermediate+ English.
- 1+ year of relevant experience at large companies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Legal processes at large international companies.
