We are seeking a leader for the 'Freight' business unit, someone who would lead our product and guide it into a bright future. We offer a startup atmosphere with the resources of a mature product company, as well as a team of highly skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth of the product's business.
- Collaborate on the business strategy and decompose it into product goals (aka product strategy).
- Define the target state/vision of the product.
- Develop the product management team.
- Manage goal-setting, research, and development processes, maximizing the effectiveness of the product function.
Qualifications
- Experience in formulating and executing product strategies.
- Experience in team development and management, including hiring and firing.
- Business growth cases attributed to your product changes.
- Experience in defining metrics and breaking them down.
- Experience in structuring information and turning it into goals and focuses.
- Understanding of how to ask the right questions of the data.
- It would be advantageous to have experience working in ride/food tech or logistics products
