Social Program Coordinator / Methodologist

We are looking for a Social Program coordinator to join our Impact Governance team!

Responsibilities

  • Methodological support of socially oriented programs/projects, including setting goals, forming key criteria for successful implementation
  • Development of methodological supporting materials for project teams (scripts, presentations, manuals, plans, tools for assessing and measuring impact, etc.)
  • Updating, actualization and systematization of existing materials, programs, methods, presentations
  • Development of various tools (for example, for collecting feedback), writing various recommendations for project teams
  • Methodological support in the development and integration of a social project management approach across a portfolio of projects, including process mapping at each stage of the project life cycle
  • Development and implementation of basic project documentation: project passport, responsibility matrix, project risk map, stakeholder map (together with the Team Leader and project manager)
  • Reporting work: analytics of results, key indicators, building correct forecasts, preparing analytical reports and presentations
  • Development of methodologies, design and management of the educational experience of participants in social programs / projects, including concepts, content and metrics of educational products for various audiences and topics

Qualifications

  • Higher education, minimum 3 years of experience as a methodologist / educational program producer / social project manager with an emphasis in non-formal education in the NGO sector or business, preferably in the field of creative industries, sports, entrepreneurship, local community development
  • Experience in developing teaching materials and creating educational programs/courses/projects (online and offline) - required
  • Knowledge of the concepts of social design, methods and principles of launching, developing, scaling social projects is required
  • Ability to make strategic and operational decisions to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality implementation of complex social projects
  • English - level B2 or C1 (written and oral)
  • Proven experience and portfolio of completed projects / developed teaching materials is an advantage
  • Knowledge of trends in the field of social impact, community development, non-formal education in the CIS, Europe, Latin America, Asia is an advantage
