We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Manager to join our GTM marketing team and work for African region.

Responsibilities
- Deliver OKRs for the region’s development
- Execute frequency & retention driving activities for passengers and drivers
- Deliver new trust building marketing campaigns.
- Suggest and realize effective models for KPIs growth in the tier-2 countries
- Co-lead new product features roll-out for passengers and drivers
- Lead marketing cross-functional team
- Analyze effectiveness of the marketing activities. Suggest ways for further ROI growth
- Support in marketing researches, and business analytics
- Execute and optimize (if needed) the current marketing strategy around efficient marketing mix and budget planning across all marketing instruments
- Contribute in 2025-2027 strategy development
- Deliver accounting of all spendings
Qualifications
- Higher education (marketing, digital marketing, business development)
- At least, 3 years+ in marketing (including digital marketing), business development (preferably in IT industry)
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Developed leadership and communication skills
- Advanced or higher English language level
- Marketing projects management, experience in managing cross - functional teams
- Experience of working with a mobile product/ e-com industry, ride tech/food tech (optional)
