Team Leader of Product Analytics

We are currently looking for а Team Leader of Product Analytics in Ride hailing, who will be responsible for the finding optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product, analyzing dynamics, interpreting phenomena, formulating conclusions and recommendations for the business and the product.
Responsibilities
- Developing and hiring product analysts in teams;
- Setting tasks and managing a team of product analysts, building processes for interaction between product analysts and the product team;
- Designing experiments to improve metrics;
- Work with BI, DE engineers to implement systems for collecting data and monitoring metrics;
- Development and improvement of methodologies for conducting experiments and analyzing product metrics;
- Making recommendations for improving the product and finding optimal solutions for
- Improving the convenience of interaction between the user and the product;
- Formation and achievement of OKR product analysts in teams;
- Optimization of interaction processes between product analysts and marketing and business teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and product analytics
- Experience in managing and developing a team of analysts
- Extensive experience in conducting AB tests and applying alternative testing methods
- Analytical mindset - ability to critically evaluate hypotheses, analyze and structure data, draw conclusions and establish relationships in data
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience in its application
- Confident use of SQL, experience with Python
- High level of independence and initiative.
