Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager focusing on pipeline building and market awareness. This person will take responsibility for the execution and success of our marketing programs (direct and through partners) in our Asia Pacific region. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the end-to-end marketing funnel, B2B sales cycles, and all aspects of marketing campaigns and technologies. This high-impact role will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs across the region, driving net-new opportunities and influencing all stages of the funnel - from early engagement to pipeline development and closed-won deals.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute on the APAC Marketing plan and strategy: Create demand and build brand awareness while actively contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Implement measurable integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation programs, and events that drive results across the buyer's journey.

  • Manage local trade shows and Illumio-hosted events from conception to execution, including event research, logistics (pre-event and onsite), attendee registration, vendor management, and communications before and after the event.

  • Support Partner Account Managers in building relationships with distributors and channel partners, and help excite them through enablement and recruitment activities.

  • Collaborate with local channel partners to develop joint marketing plans targeting end customers, and manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) requests.

  • Track project budgets rigorously to prove return on investment (ROI), ensuring that objectives and ROI are clearly defined for all programs.

  • Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns focused on strategic accounts

  • Collaborate closely and build relationships with field sales and Inside Sales (ADR) team across APAC to create programs that contribute to “meetings booked” success.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams - including corporate comms, Digital, marketing ops, product marketing, partner marketing, and finance.

  • Communicate campaign and event plans effectively to stakeholders and the extended team, providing updates on progress, key milestones, and action plans throughout the planning process. Hold project meetings and ensure accountability for the successful outcome of the programs.

  • Conduct Campaign analysis and report on marketing KPIs across the buyers’ journey, making data-driven recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue.

  • Find ways to create efficiencies and better outcomes through AI applications.

  • International travel may be required, as well as attendance at early morning or evening global calls.

Your Toolkit:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in security and SaaS.

  • Ability to establish and build relationships at all levels of an organisation, particularly with the sales team, to drive business outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that generate leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and partner sales.

  • Excellent communicator and team player, detail-oriented, strives for accuracy.

  • Strong background in tracking, analysing, and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • Experienced in budget planning and management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.

Plus Factors:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
