Your Impact:
Day-to-day system work – monitors and resolves system issues, creating and running reports, granting and revoking access, and configuring system settingsCollaborates and gathers requirements with business users: HR, payroll, finance, and IT to understand their needs and challengesWorks with developers to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements and follow the best practices of WorkdayPerforms testing to ensure that the changes and new functionality are aligned with the business user requests and do not cause any errors or issuesDocuments the standard operating procedures for the day-to-day tasks and trains other system administrators and business users on how to use the Workday toolAssists business users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues or questions related to the Workday systemLead cyclical system events – Benefits Open Enrollment, Advanced Compensation, Goal Setting and PerformanceManage Workday’s bi-annual updates
Your Toolkit:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience working with Workday or a similar cloud-based systemStrong knowledge of Workday modules, such as core HR, absence, payroll, benefits, advanced compensation, talent, and securityExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorkday certification is a plus
Compensation: $170,000.00 - $204,000.00
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
