Our FP&A team is a highly visible function that deeply engages in the day-to-day operations of our business and serves to provide data, information, and actionable insights needed to make operational decisions that drive our business to our financial goals. We achieve this by closely partnering with our Executive team, senior leaders, and budget owners to align with functional goals and objectives and deliver sound financial models, forecasting & analysis, and resource planning with a focus on profitable growth. Your Impact:
- Finance lead and partner to the Executive and senior leadership teams of Product/Engineering, Office of CTO/Security, and Support & Services.
- Provide timely, insightful, and data-driven relevant financial information to support business objectives.
- Understand functional key business drivers to help with forecast accuracy and predictability in results.
- Help business partners identify & drive cost efficiencies that improve the bottom line.
- Assist in the building, forecasting and reporting of Product line P&Ls, Services Margins, SaaS Margins, and other key reporting metrics and analysis.
- Perform monthly and quarterly forecasting of operating expenses and headcount.
- Own and manage the annual operating plan for the supported functions.
- Manage processes related to financial month-end close including accruals and reclasses as needed.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to all business partners, including flux analysis with business justification and explanation of variances.
- Develop, track and report on key financial metrics, provide financial education and transparency to business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development, tracking and reporting of company KPIs, QBR and Board deck preparation.
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s operations, competitive environment, and the market it addresses to better support functional initiatives and provide recommendations to business partners.

Your Toolkit:
- Energy and passion to build and drive results in a pre-IPO environment.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Forecast accuracy and advanced modeling expertise.
- Adaptive Planning forecasting tool experience.
- Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Netsuite ERP system.
- Solid overall business acumen including accounting/financial experience.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance leaders.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must have great problem-solving skills, be a self-starter, understand business issues and be able to clearly and concisely put together recommendations and implementation plans.
- Operate with extreme ownership & accountability.
- Collaborator and team-player.
- Experience in SaaS environments preferred.
Compensation:
$ 170,000 - $ 204,000
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
