Why this role matters:

As an Electronics and RF Test Team Lead you will support the company's growth as we continue to scale our engineering department. The team supports the qualification of new satellite technologies and the validation and testing of our next-generation satellite systems. Responsibilities also include developing test jigs, constructing test setups, and preparing documentation for our production line.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team

  • Interpret the team OKRs and delegate tasks in order to achieve the domain goals

  • Lead and contribute to trade studies, design reviews, and verification and qualification documentation

  • Ensure smooth and timely product delivery from concept through qualification

  • Mentor and support the professional development of team members, helping them grow in their careers and take on new challenges.

  • Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal and external teams

  • Report progress, risks, and key metrics clearly to upper management and program stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications engineering (or related field)

  • Experience working with Electronics & Lab Instruments

  • Hands on experience in complex machines assembly and testing

  • Proven track record in team leadership or technical lead roles

  • Experience with R&D projects.

  • Hands on experience in complex machines assembly and testing

  • You have a demonstrated track record of transitioning products from engineering prototype to serial manufacturing.

Nice to haves:

  • Aerospace industry experience

  • Strong understanding of space product qualification processes, including subsystems and complete satellites.

  • Experience with PLM or PDM systems for configuration control
