Why this role matters:

As a Stock Coordinator Intern in Secure Storage, you will manage a vital project related to the usage and inventory of key consumables. Our team will train you on internal systems, procedures, and production processes. This live project involves both data analysis and manual stock management. While you will receive continuous daily support, we expect you to work independently on the project and deliver results after the initial training.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Analysing data for all consumable consumption based on real observation and BOM requirements

• Evaluate physical spaces and location to properly handle all required components

• Interact with different departments (production, quality, supply chain…) to create a reliable data source for consumable

• Help and learn how to interact with Secure Storage operations and processes

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

• Proficient with Excel and Google Spreadsheets

• Useful technical background (engineering or mechanical)

• Willingness to learn

• Manual operations will be needed (Moving non heavy items, printing labels, organizing shelves)

• Good international mindset able to interact with different level in organization

• Good English Skill

• Due to the nature of this position, we are unfortunately only able to accept applicants from candidates who are based in Finland

Nice to haves:

• Engineering early graduate in Mechanical, Logistics and Technical subjects

• Experience with ERP Systems (Netsuite, SAP..)

• Data analysis skill

Base salary range for this position is dependant on experience, and will be negotiated individually.
