This role is designed for a pragmatic technical facility and workshop professional with a strong hands-on approach, broad safety awareness, and the ability to organize infrastructure, equipment, and operational processes in a structured and reliable way.
What you'll do
Ensuring a safe, functional, and well-organized technical facility, workshop, and support environment
Performing minor maintenance, repair, installation, and upkeep tasks within the building and technical areas
Assembling, installing, and modifying workstations, technical equipment, storage solutions, and workshop infrastructure
Supporting hands-on equipment set-up, reconfiguration, and internal moves in close coordination with relevant teams
Coordinating external service providers and specialist contractors for repairs, maintenance, and technical interventions
Monitoring day-to-day implementation of occupational safety measures in office, workshop, and storage areas
Supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of risk assessments and safe operating procedures
Preparing, updating, and maintaining safety-related documentation, instructions, and operational records
Helping ensure compliance with internal safety standards, workplace regulations, and equipment-related requirements
Identifying unsafe conditions, initiating corrective actions, and following up on preventive measures
Managing technical assets, tools, workshop equipment, and selected infrastructure items across their lifecycle
Maintaining clear records of inventory, asset status, storage locations, maintenance intervals, and handovers
Planning and executing incoming storage, internal transfers, and structured organization of materials and equipment
Coordinating routine inspections, machine servicing, and preventive maintenance activities
Supporting spare parts, consumables, and technical stock management to ensure operational readiness
Supporting and coordinating internal equipment briefings, safety-related onboarding, and recurring practical trainings
Serving as a point of contact for technical and infrastructure-related matters in day-to-day operations
Driving practical improvements in workshop organization, storage systems, asset transparency, and maintenance routines
Contributing to the standardization of technical processes, documentation, and operational workflows

Who you are
- Completed apprenticeship or training in a technical trade, facility-related discipline, mechatronics, workshop operations, or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in technical facility management, workshop operations, maintenance, or a hands-on industrial environment
- Good understanding of occupational safety, risk assessments, and practical implementation of safe working methods
- Experience with equipment set-up, asset handling, storage organization, and coordination of maintenance activities
- Strong hands-on mentality with the ability to solve problems pragmatically and independently
- Structured and reliable work style with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
- Confident communicator who works well across teams and can coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers
