What you'll do
Support the assembly and integration of mechanical structures and subsystems for hypersonic vehicles.
Assemble components and sub‑assemblies using engineering drawings, work instructions, and torque specifications.
Install mechanical hardware, structures, and mechanisms as part of vehicle build.
Use hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision equipment to achieve high‑quality builds.
Perform inspections and checks to ensure correct fit, alignment, and installation.
Maintain organised workspaces, tooling, and parts throughout the build process.
Support mechanical testing and integration activities as required.
Work closely with engineers to resolve build and fitment issues.
What you’ll do
Who you are
Experienced Mechanical Technician with a background in precision assembly.
Able to read and work from engineering drawings and technical instructions.
Hands‑on experience with mechanical assembly, torqueing, and use of workshop tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to build quality.
Comfortable working on complex hardware in fast‑paced environments.
Practical, reliable, and proactive with a strong team mindset.
