What you'll do
- Ensuring a smoothly functioning office and work environment
- Performing minor maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks in the building
- Analyzing technical issues and resolving them independently, where possible
- Coordinating and contracting external service providers for major repairs
- Assembling and installing furniture, office equipment, and workstations
- Providing support for technical and infrastructure-related issues in day-to-day office operations
- Organizing and managing daily office operations
- Receiving deliveries and packages and distributing mail internally
- Managing office supplies, snacks, and food, and restocking them regularly
- Ensuring a tidy, functional, and inviting work environment
- Providing support in organizing internal processes and smaller office projects
- Supporting and coordinating operational workflows
- Serving as a point of contact for practical matters in the team’s day-to-day work
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in workflows and infrastructure
This role is designed for a pragmatic all-rounder with technical training who takes initiative, solves problems quickly, and maintains an overview of organizational processes both in the office and in the technical environment.

Who you are
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical trade
- Several years of practical experience in a technical field, facility management, or trade-related work
- Strong hands-on approach and a passion for finding practical solutions
- High level of reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to help
- Structured and independent work style
- Open, team-oriented personality with a strong commitment to service
