Role Summary

As the Scaled Contract Management – Team Manager (1:Many), you will lead and develop a high-volume Contract Management team supporting our Scaled customers with billing and contract enquiries. You’ll build on established processes while driving operational excellence, improving efficiency through automation, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships. This role blends people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Contract Managers responsible for resolving billing and contract enquiries for a high volume of customers.
- Drive day-to-day operational excellence through clear goal setting, performance management, and career development planning.
- Optimise workflows and scale automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Analyse customer and performance data to identify trends, remove friction, and implement operational improvements.
- Partner closely with Legal, Operations, Customer Success, and regional leadership to ensure alignment and seamless contract processes.
- Evolve and refine existing playbooks while identifying opportunities to build new scalable processes.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture grounded in accountability, ownership, and customer focus.
- Navigate ambiguity and change with clarity, ensuring the team remains focused, motivated, and aligned to business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a demonstrated track record of coaching and developing individual contributors.
- Experience leading teams in high-volume, operational environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, or Customer Success teams.
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex, fast-paced environments while exercising sound judgment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of improving efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with contract management processes, billing workflows, or terms of service.
- Experience driving automation or process optimisation initiatives.
